Payments & Refunds

⭐All prices are in SGD.⭐I only accept PayPal as payment.⭐I will only start your custom/commission after I receive half payment. The last half of the payment must be sent after sketches have been approved.⭐A full payment before the custom/commission work is welcomed if you prefer so.⭐Given their digital nature, once I have started your work, there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges.⭐Payment must be completed within 72 hours of the invoice, or the request will be cancelled.⭐Payment must be completed within 72 hours of the creation of the reserved listing, or the request will be cancelled. Crediting Custom/Commissioned Work

What and how to custom/commission?

⭐If you have a precise request(s), please describe your character, poses, and expressions in detail. Please provide color palette(s) if you have any.⭐I accept any form of references, but please keep in mind that I will create my own version from them.⭐I accept if you decide to use existing assets on my Etsy shop as the references. Example: I want [insert specific emote name] but in another character.

Custom/Commission Process

⭐I will keep you updated on the sketching and coloring phases.⭐By successfully placing a custom/commission order, the client agrees to provide input and confirmation within 72 hours during the work process. If no response is received without a valid reason after the given period, the project will automatically be cancelled with no refunds.⭐The client can request any changes during the drafting/revision/sketching phase.⭐No major modifications of the base structure/template are allowed once you approve the sketch. Additional fees will be required.⭐Minor modifications after sketching phase such as color swapping, adding or removing traits of the character or decorative effects are allowed.⭐The completed work will be sent via email.
